Our new French chef offers you today a fusion cuisine theme menu – a perfect combination of two gourmet cultures – Bahamas and France. Chef Samuel drew his inspiration for his Bahamas-French fusion cuisine by blending his experience as a chef in france with the rich flavours he encountered in The Bahamas
